Innovative Asset Leveraging

This notice of intent is to award an order to a small business under a GSA schedule, including an open market line item for services in accordance with FAR 8.402(f). It is the intent of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Library of Medicine (NLM) to procure innovative asset leveraging services competed under FAR 8.404. The NLM is positioning itself for the future by strengthening its organizational posture of continuous innovation. The Government seeks to acquire commercial program management consulting services to assist the NLM with a new initiative to establish a model of continuous innovation that will be applied collaboratively across the organizational structure and be meticulously sustained to ensure NLM meets the rapidly changing needs of the biomedical community. The scope of process improvement to support continuous innovation shall include and consider the interdependencies of all Divisions, Programs, and operational and management activities of the NLM. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541611 Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes, it is to only satisfy the requirements of FAR 8.402(f).
