Inmate Urinalysis On-Site Test Cups and Laboratory Services

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) intends to establish a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Inmate Urinalysis on-site test cups and urinalysis laboratory services. This requirement shall be awarded as a firm fixed price BPA against the contractor's current General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) and Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contracts on source and category 334516. All items and services provided via this requirement shall be in accordance with this solicitation as outlined in the Statement of Work. The contractor shall provide pricing and all applicable discounts and price reductions through the life of the BPA. All items proposed for this requirement shall be available under the contractor's GSA FSS/MAS contract. The resulting awarded BPA shall be established for a base period, four (4) one year option periods, and an optional six-month extension, which would be exercised in accordance with FAR 8.405-3e(1). The period of performance is tentatively as follows. 1) Base Period: March 1, 2024 September 30, 2024 2) Option Year 1: October 1, 2024 September 30, 2025 3) Option Year 2: October 1, 2025 September 30, 2026 4) Option Year 3: October 1, 2026 September 30, 2027 5) Option Year 4: October 1, 2027 September 30, 2028 6) Optional six-month extension: October 1, 2028 March 31, 2029 The quantities identified in the schedule of items are estimates and may vary, depending on the needs of the Bureau. The BPA will be required to ship all items covered under this contract via free on board (FOB) destination to any Bureau various locations throughout the U.S. if applicable to the BPA requirements.
