INMARSAT Lot 12, 13, & 14   2

This Request for Information (RFI) is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal. This request for information shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to award a contract.
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Air Warfare Center Lakehurst NJ (NAWCADLKE) is requesting information from industry, cognizant of DFARS 205.205-71, in order to identify qualified vendors able to supply HSD-440 w/SSB INMARSAT Terminal, w/Preinstalled software (P/N1252-A-3420-07), AMT-700 (P/N 1428-A-0010-02), Diplexer/Low Noise Amplifier (Type F) Assembly (P/N 1242-A-0006), INMARSAT Fan Tray (P/N 1252-F-3414), engineering support, & travel to support P-8A Poseidon INMARSAT Program.

Respondents to this RFI should provide the following:

Technical and experience information on their ability to provide that meets the parts list above along with a proof of distributorship
- Identification of business size, specifically, small business size status ( i.e. Small Business, Hubzone, 8(a), SDVOSB, etc.)
-Rough Order of Magnitude pricing information.
In addition, all vendors must be registered in Systems for award Management (SAM Database. The internet website is hhtps://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. It is mandatory to register with the SAM as your DUNs Number (Data Universal Numbering System) and you're CAGE CODE (Commercial and Government Entity) code will be required to conduct business with the Department of Defense. In addition, all invoices will be electronically submitted in the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF); information will be available in subsequent order. Please include CAGE CODE, DUNs Number, and payment terms in your response. Responses should reference N68335-22-R-0008 (INMARSAT). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposal, however all responses received within the 14 days of publication of this sources sought notice will be considered by the Government.
