Description

The International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Office (INL) in Bogota has a requirement for the supply of MISCELLANEOUS CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS PIEDRA SENTADA for Colombia.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested by this notice alone, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
To be considered for award, please follow the instructions given in the document INL-RFQ Section 3.

Background
The International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Office (INL) at the U.S. Embassy in Bogota, Colombia, has a requirement for the supply of miscellaneous construction materials for a project in Piedra Sentada, Cauca.

The goal of this contract is to support the INL's mission in Colombia by providing necessary construction materials.

Work Details
The contract involves the acquisition of miscellaneous construction materials as specified in the attached documents.

Offerors must refer to Attachment A for a complete list of required products and complete the pricing template with proposed unit prices. The contract is a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order payable in Colombian pesos (COP) for Colombian firms and US dollars (USD) for US firms.

The price includes all direct and indirect costs, overhead, general and administrative expenses, profit, shipping/delivery charges, insurance, assembly, etc. The required delivery date is thirty (30) days after receipt of order (ARO).

Bidder Requirements
Additionally, bidders are required to follow specific procedures regarding Value Added Tax (VAT) or Impuesto a las Ventas (IVA), as the U.S. Government is exempt from these taxes under an agreement with Colombia.
