SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

All prospective offerors must access the complete solicitation package, requirements, and related documentation through the UNISON procurement system. To review the requirement and submit a bid, vendors must register for and access UNISON.

3. LFIA Fentanyl Test Strips (Liquid & Powder) - 10 units

- Components: Vanquish UHPLC system (binary pump, autosampler, column compartment), ALTIS Plus triple quadrupole mass spectrometer, ion source (H-ESI/APCI), vacuum system; data system PC; TraceFinder/Xcalibur software.

5. Portable Raman Drug & Precursor Detector - 1 unit

6. Polarizing Trinocular Compound Microscope (PZ200 Series) - 1 unit
- Features: polarizing optics; trinocular head; objectives; condenser; LED illumination; power supply; accessories; documentation.

7. On-Site Installation, Integration & System Testing - 1 unit
- Services include: equipment installation, system integration, calibration, functional verification, performance testing, acceptance testing, handover documentation.

8. Training (in-country) - 1 unit
