Background
The solicitation is for the INL Bogota Professional, Administrative, and Facility Support Services IDIQ. The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) aims to minimize the impact of international crime and illegal drugs on the United States and its partner nations by providing effective foreign assistance and fostering global cooperation. The mission includes strengthening security institutions, combating narco-trafficking, and minimizing the impact of transnational crime and criminal networks on the U.S. and its allies through enhanced international cooperation and foreign assistance.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide a range of services including business operations support, engineering services, administrative support, procurement support, travel-related assistance/support, logistical support, aviation support, and specialized consulting services. Specific tasks include developing work scopes, ensuring schedules and budgets are maintained, providing coordination of resources between resource managers/supervisors, ensuring necessary reviews and approvals are obtained as projects proceed to subsequent phases, delivering higher-level office support for managerial or logistical departments such as accounting, budgeting, travel or general administration, providing specialized assistance for specific INL programs, assisting in various areas of the INL Aviation program including aircraft operations, pilots, logistics, and technical advisors supporting aeronautical training evaluation and standardization oversight to Colombian National Police personnel operating and maintaining aircraft covered under the Bilateral Anti-narcotics Support Agreement.

Place of Performance
The place of performance for this contract is primarily at diplomatic or consular missions outside the United States in support of one or more United States diplomatic or consular missions and Department of State programs.
