Work Details
The contractor will provide an annual subscription for a computer-based Injury Tracking Program that includes the following tasks:
1. Implementation of a program to input medical information for improved communication and tracking of students.
2. Tracking of common injuries and collection of data to utilize best practices for student safety.
3. Monitoring injury trends and identifying events causing the most injuries.
4. Comparing collected data with Physical Readiness Test (PRT) performance to assess correlations between performance and increased injury risk.
5. Providing technological support options including guidance documentation, tech support contact numbers, online orientation, and site access as needed for all locations.
6. Utilizing apps on phones, computers, and kiosks for data entry.

Place of Performance
The program will be implemented across various locations as needed, utilizing a HIPAA-approved application that allows immediate communication without requiring computers at all sites.
