Description

INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NOTICE

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs Cleveland Veterans Affairs Medical Center (CLE VAMC) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, INO Therapeutics, for the provision of Inhaled Nitric Oxide. The contract is aimed at ensuring continuous access to inhaled nitric oxide gas and related delivery systems to support uninterrupted clinical operations for patients requiring this therapy. INO Therapeutics is located at 1425 US Route 206, Bedminster, NJ 07921.

Work Details
The contract includes the provision of INOmax therapy which encompasses:
- Continuous access to inhaled nitric oxide gas
- Delivery systems
- Related consumables necessary for clinical operations.

Equipment and gas cylinders will be stationed on-site to meet immediate patient needs. The contractor will be responsible for:
- Timely cylinder exchanges
- Equipment calibration
- Replenishment of supplies based on patient volume and hospital requirements.

Deliveries will be scheduled to maintain sufficient inventory levels for ongoing treatment without service interruption. All deliveries must comply with FDA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and facility safety protocols. Coordination of delivery and maintenance activities will be managed through the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and the Pulmonary Service.
