Background
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division, is issuing this contract to procure technical, logistical, and operational services to support its mission and functions.

The Corona Division serves as the Department of the Navy's independent performance assessment agent, focusing on evaluating war-fighting capabilities of weapons and integrated combat systems throughout their lifecycle. The Infrastructure Division (Code 102) is responsible for ongoing infrastructure operations, renovation, repairs of facilities, occupational safety and health, and environmental compliance.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a range of services including:
1. Facilities Support: Operations and maintenance service requests, special projects, space management, move services, and support for base-wide events.
2. Operations & Maintenance (O&M): Recurring maintenance (preventive, predictive, corrective), non-recurring maintenance (unscheduled repairs), emergency response within one hour during business hours and after-hours service calls.
3. Asset Management: Management of facility assets including locksmith services and documentation for maintenance performed.
4. Environmental Compliance: Integration with environmental compliance programs and oversight of safety programs related to occupational health and explosive safety management.
5. Technical Support: Collection and analysis of planning data, preparation of reports and planning documentation, transportation management, laboratory equipment support, capital equipment support.

Period of Performance
The contract will consist of one base year followed by four one-year option periods.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Corona Division located at 1999 Fourth Street Building 510 Norco CA 92860.
