Description

MCC requires a Contractor to provide technical support in:
(i) MCC's Compact implementation oversight and evaluation responsibilities in Niger; and
(ii) MCC's assessment of a potential Regional Integration Compact associated with the Cotonou - Niamey Corridor, and, should the Compact be approved, optional support services during start-up and implementation.
The Contractor will serve as technical advisor to MCC for the overall implementation oversight and regional integration compact development activities, including SEAs, EIAs, ESMPs, HIV/AIDS awareness plans and resettlement action plans (RAPs).
The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued in accordance FAR Parts 12 & 15.
All Offerors are required to have an active SAM registration prior to submission of Proposals. It is imperative that all interested parties register sooner rather than later. The website address is https://www.sam.gov/SAM/.
MCC anticipates releasing a Request for Proposal on or before May 24, 2019.
