Computer Hardware Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) is the Army's designated Primary Source for commercial IT. This Notice of Intent is requesting responses from CHESS ITES3H contract holders that can provide the Info Vista Brand Name Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Software Licenses and Maintenance Support. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. No written solicitation will be issued.
The requirement is for Brand Name only, InfoVista Software and associated support and is consist of the following:
This action will acquire the following InfoVista products:
1. VistaFoundation Enterprise Large Network Devices
2. InfoVista ARMY BMS Infrastructure Bundle
3. Annual Solution Support for Service Assurance (24x7) for 36 months
This Notice of Intent is issued to assist the agency in performing market research to determine whether or not there are CHESS ITES3H contract holders that can provide InfoVista Brand Name Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Software Licenses and Maintenance Support. Contract holders are required to provide their CHESS ITES3H contract numbers, company name, address, telephone number, point of contact, email address and business size.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334111 Electronic Computer Manufacturing. This Notice of Intent to procure Brand Name is not a request for proposals. All information received from this notice shall be used for planning and market research purposes only. The determination to refrain from competing proposed contracts based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for the preparation of any information submitted or use of such information. Acknowledgement of receipt of responses will not be made, nor will respondents be notified of the evaluation of the information received. Interested parties may express interest and provide a capability statement no later than 20 December 2018, 8:00 am, Arizona Time (Arizona does not observe Daylight Savings Time).
