Background
The Operational Test and Evaluation Force (OPTEVFOR) is responsible for leading the Operational Test community, providing credible and prompt warfighting-focused test results to Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard forces.

The contract aims to support OPTEVFOR in the definition, conduct, and analysis of structured Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) of Information Warfare (IW) systems. The Information Warfare Division (Code 60) evaluates various command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, space, business, and enterprise information systems.

Work Details
The contractor will provide technical and analytical support in the following areas:

- Documentation Review
- Operational Test Design
- Test Planning Support
- Test Execution
- Data Management
- Test Operations Support
- Test Analysis and Reporting
- Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Support
- Program Management Support.

Specific tasks include:
1. Supporting Cyber Survivability Test Planning Research by identifying technical documents required for planning.
2. Developing a Cyber Survivability Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M).
3. Documenting test planning research in a Cyber Survivability Test Plan document.
4. Supporting Cyber Survivability SUT/SoS and Schedule Development by identifying system attack surfaces and vectors.
5. Coordinating site visits for Cyber Survivability testing.
6. Providing monthly status reports detailing progress, performance, and financial tracking.

Place of Performance
The primary location for performance is at OPTEVFOR site in Norfolk, VA.
