UPDATE: USCIS is conducting an Industry Day on June 11, 2024, at 8:00 am ET. NEON II will be one of the requirements covered during this event. All interested vendors are encouraged to attend. For additional information about the upcoming Industry Day and how to register, please go to SAM.GOV public notification "USCIS FY24 Industry Day". The USCIS is cancelling the NEON II Industry Day that was being planned for June 13, 2024. The USCIS intends to reschedule and conduct the Industry Day in early September of 2024. Please continue to monitor Sam.ov for a separate announcement regarding this event.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS), Office of Information Technology (OIT), is conducting an Industry Day to highlight an upcoming project Information Technology User and Field Operations Support (NEON II), in order to solicit and gain industry input from all interested businesses having the capability to perform the work described below. This is an upcoming requirement and the award is anticipated in the 1st quarter of FY2026.
No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with travel or providing information in response to this announcement.

Background
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS), Office of Information Technology (OIT), is conducting an Industry Day to highlight an upcoming project Information Technology User and Field Operations Support (NEON II). The purpose is to solicit and gain industry input from interested businesses capable of performing the work. This is an upcoming requirement with the award anticipated in the 1st quarter of FY2026.

Work Details
The scope of work on this task order will primarily include Service Desk Operations Services, Field Support Services, Service Center Support Services, Account Management Services, and Hardware Incident Resolution. Specific tasks include incident management, knowledge management, problem management, service request management, critical incident response team support, deskside support, asset inventory support, disposal preparation support, encryption services, video conferencing and audio/video operations and maintenance, local on-site cabling, infrastructure implementation, mobile devices services, deployment services, server operations and maintenance, and training support.

Period of Performance
The award for this project is anticipated in the 1st quarter of FY2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will primarily involve providing USCIS user support throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside of the Continental United States (OCONUS). The Industry Day will take place virtually and in-person at HQ USCIS (Tomich Center) in Camp Springs, MD.
