Background
The Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS) is the law enforcement and security arm of the Department of State (DOS), responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for U.S. foreign policy operations. DS protects people, property, and information at 275 State Department missions globally, ensuring that U.S. diplomatic missions can operate safely.

The agency is engaged in mitigating terrorist threats, conducting investigations, and developing innovations in security training and cyber security. This contract aims to provide software design, development, deployment, and sustainment support for logistics systems and applications used by the DS Program Office.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide software design, development, onsite deployment, sustainment support, operations, and maintenance services for current DS Program Office logistics systems and applications. This includes:
- Support for future technologies adopted by the government to enhance enterprise-wide business systems.
- Database development and management.
- Change management.
- Program support.
- Defect management to address any product defects at the contractor's cost without affecting ongoing development efforts.
- Change management processes to handle defects arising from incorrect mock-ups or unclear instructions.
- Automated testing capabilities for regression testing purposes with adherence to industry standards.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various locations as required by the Bureau of Diplomatic Security.
