Description

This is a Draft RFP for IT-KBS that the Government is looking for comments on. Please provide any comments on how this requirement is priced, and or should be priced. The Government requests information on that if the material provided is substantive enough for your company to adequately provide a labor mix to satisfy the tasks. Furthermore, please provide information on how your company will be able to ensure the recruitment and retainment of qualified personnel in the Washington DC metro area. Provide any other comments to help ensure the clarity or to make the products better before posting the final RFP on FedBizOpps.

Background
The solicitation is a Draft RFP for Information Technology Knowledge Based Services (IT-KBS) and the Government is seeking comments on the requirement's pricing, labor mix adequacy, recruitment and retainment of qualified personnel in the Washington DC metro area, and any other comments to improve the final RFP before posting on FedBizOpps.
