Description

Background
The U.S. Army Contracting Command — Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is issuing a modification to the existing task order W911QX19F0075 with Agile Defense Inc. This modification is necessary to provide a seven and a half (7.5) month bridge extension for Information Technology (IT) Modernization Support Services while a GAO-level protest regarding the follow-on task order W911QX25F0053 is resolved.

The Army Research Laboratory (ARL) Chief Information Office (CIO) requires these services to maintain operational continuity and support for its mission.

Work Details
The services under this contract include:
1. Help-desk support for ARL and its customers.
2. IT consulting support to enhance operational efficiency.
3. Training support for personnel on IT systems and processes.
4. Migration and modernization implementation to upgrade existing systems.
5. On-site project support for both classified and unclassified systems.
