Information Technology Investment Portfolio Suite (ITIPS) Support Services

The Air Force District of Washington Contracting Activity is issuing a Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest and the resources to provide Information Technology Investment Portfolio Suite (ITIPS) system support. The Secretary of the Air Force Office of Chief Information Officer (SAF/CN) requires full time support to provide continue development and sustainment of the ITIPS system. Services required include transition tasks to a new cloud hosted enterprise IT service management platform, sustainment of all ITIPS functions, providing ITIPS Help Desk support, and ITIPS configuration management. Additional optional tasks include training, adding additional system capabilities and migration to another enterprise IT management solution, if required. Please see attached full Sources Sought.
