Information Technology Infrastructure Support

The purpose of this notice is to provide industry with a schedule update on the Government's approach for the Information Technology Infrastructure Support 3rd Generation (ITIS3) award.

Requirement: ITIS3 requires the operational sustainment of the data centers, data center hosting, networks, servers, storage, mainframe, private and public cloud hosting, applications, desktops, mobile computing, and other Information Technology (IT) capabilities and environments which directly enable the US Army Human Resources Command (HRC) recruiting, accessioning, and human resources missions.

• The ITIS3 acquisition will be procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 16.505(b) (1) Fair Opportunity, using the Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 3 Services (ITES-3S) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity vehicle. The Government will conduct evaluations using the best value trade-off approach. The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed price Task Order (TO) with one (1) 12 month base Period of Performance (PoP) and three (3) additional one (1) year option periods.
• The Government anticipates the release of the Solicitation no later than October 2020.
