The following is a combined Award Notice and Justification and Approval (J&A) Posting:

On 18 April 2023, the Army Contracting Command New Jersey (ACC-NJ) located at 5418 South Scott Plaza, Joint Base MDL, NJ 08640 awarded a sole source Bridge Modification to MTNT IT & Communications, LLC of Anchorage, AK. This modification was executed in accordance with CAO-23-0183, for which the redacted justification is being publicly disclosed simultaneously with this notice. Modification P00005 to Contract W15QKN-19-C-1010 was issued to extend the Period of Performance of existing On-Site Information Technology Support Service (ITSS). The J&A includes a total of up to three months, including one 2-month period and one optional 1-month extension period under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.217-8,, for a total extension of 20 April 2023 up to 19 July 2023 for the 80th Training Command. Modification P00005 was awarded for the amount of $591,957.00, including options. The Product Service Code is DA01 and the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 541513. New Contract Line Item Numbers have been established for this modification and are as follows: 4001, 4002, 5001, and 5002.

This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Any responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication will be reviewed by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this award notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received no later than 5:00pm ET on 11 May 2023.
