Information Security Support Services (IS3)   3

The Information Systems Security Support (ISSS) Services contract is scoped to emphasize mission systems
cybersecurity performance outcomes, not just directives compliance. Working within the Risk Management
Framework (RMF) construct, the services fall into two major categories: (1) Cybersecurity Improvement
Initiatives, and (2) Cybersecurity support tasks. The service covers the following areas: (1) Administrative support, (2) Cybersecurity process improvement support, (3) Security controls assessment support, (4) Authorization support, (5) Engineering support and (6) Integrated defense security operations support. Initially, the contract will cover these tasks at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland TX, Langley AFB VA, Robins AFB GA, Tyndall AFB FL, and Davis-Monthan AFB AZ, but may change as the mission grows. This is deemed a professional service and not subject to wage determinations.
