Contract Award Dollar Amount. - $16,906,573.41

Set-aside Status. - None

Background
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is executing this justification for other than full and open competition on behalf of its Information Innovation Office (I2O). The goal is to contract specialized support services through a sole-source procurement with Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) to continue vital operations for I2O.

Work Details
The contract involves a 6-month follow-on effort to provide technical and subject matter expertise support for existing and planned programs, new start efforts, scientific research, and technology transition. This follows the previous contract N0017819D7741, Task Order N6523621F3020, which was competitively awarded to Gryphon Technologies, L.C. The estimated cost for this follow-on effort is approximately $16,906,573.41. SPA is uniquely qualified as they are currently the primary subcontractor under Gryphon's contract and will continue to provide these essential services directly supporting DARPA.

The contract will be performed over a period of 6 months.
