Information Innovation Office (I2O) Office-wide

Background
This Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) seeks revolutionary research ideas for topics not being addressed by ongoing I2O programs or other published solicitations. Potential proposers are highly encouraged to review the current I2O programs and solicitations to avoid proposing efforts that duplicate existing activities or that are responsive to other published I2O solicitations.

Work Details
The proposal includes detailed information on the technical tasks/subtasks to be performed, their durations, dependencies among them, general description of the objective for each defined task/activity, detailed description of the approach to be taken to accomplish each defined task/activity, identification of the primary organization responsible for task execution, completion criteria for each task/activity, definition of all deliverables to be provided in support of the proposed research tasks/activities, identification of any tasks/subtasks that will be accomplished on-campus at a university, description of results, products, transferable technology and expected technology transfer path.

Detailed technical approach enhancing and completing the summary of proposal, comparison with other ongoing research indicating advantages and disadvantages, discussion of proposer’s previous accomplishments and work in closely related research areas.

Description of security management architecture and/or approach for the proposed effort including formal teaming agreements which are required to execute this program, description of the facilities that would be used for the proposed effort.

The abstract due date is October 29, 2024 at 12:00 PM (ET).

Place of Performance
The Proposers Day for this effort will be held on November 2, 2023 at 675 North Randolph Street, Arlington, VA 22203.
