Background
The contract is for the provision of INFLATABLE AERODYNAMIC DECELERATORS. The contract value is $92,000,000 with a total contract value of $37,000,000. The period of performance is 5 years.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all resources necessary to deliver and perform the services as detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW) incorporated in Section J as Exhibit A and task orders issued in accordance with I.9, TASK ORDERING PROCEDURE.
The services to be performed include Inflatable Structures Design, Manufacturing, and Testing, including Aeroshell Integration and Test.

Place of Performance
The services under this contract shall be performed at the Contractor's facility and other sites as specified in the contractor’s proposal, contract task orders and as approved by the contracting officer.
