The MCTP supports the collective training of US Army units as directed by the Chief of Staff of the Army (CSA) and scheduled by Forces Command (FORSCOM) in accordance with the Regionally Aligned and Modernization Model (ReARMM) process at worldwide locations in order to train leaders and provide commanders the opportunity to train on mission command in Unified Land Operations.

**This Site Visit, hosted at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, from 2-3 November 2022, will allow Industry to observe various aspects of a Warfighter Exercise. Please see all attachments for additional detail and pre-registration instructions/guidance.

Background
The Mission Command Training Program (MCTP), part of the Combined Arms Center (CAC), supports collective training of US Army units as directed by the Chief of Staff of the Army and scheduled by Forces Command under the Regionally Aligned and Modernization Model (ReARMM). MCTP’s goal is to train leaders and provide commanders opportunities to train on mission command in Unified Land Operations.
An Industry Site Visit is hosted at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, from 2–3 November 2022, to allow industry representatives to observe various aspects of a Warfighter Exercise.

Work Details
Provide Exercise Control: deliver initial and follow-on intelligence, scenario and information stimulus; through Observer-Coach/Trainers (OC/Ts) monitor and control the exercise to ensure training objectives.
Support Exercise Director by establishing starting conditions, writing HQ operations plans/orders, and controlling BLUFOR/OPFOR forces. MCTP Commander acts as Deputy Exercise Director with OPCON of the SIMulation ConTrol Region (SIMCTR) for exercise control and After Action Review (AAR) support.
SIMCTR work cells replicate operations, intelligence and combat information systems not modeled in the simulation, supporting units inside and outside the Competitive Zone. Simulation Control manages MSEL Tool activities, role-playing, simulation controls and training objectives.
Employ OC/Ts at field CPs and Civilian Work Cell Instructor Controllers (WICs) with role players to simulate training audience TOCs, subordinate units and support teams.
Establish work cells for: Maneuver; Sustainment; Army Aviation; Blue Operations; Technical Support Team; Fires; Protection; Air Force Fixed Wing; Senior Control; COIC/S-33; Exercise Control (Intel, Maneuver Control, SOF, PAO, Blue Air).
OPFOR work cells at Fort Leavenworth support Maneuver and Combat Support; Integrated Fire Support; Follow-On Forces; Material Support; ISR/Intelligence Operations; Infrastructure; SPF/Commandos/Civilians; OPFOR Senior Control Rear.
Digital Support Team (DST) provides and configures servers/clients for digital HICOM with AMCS systems (CPOF, AMDWS, TAIS, JDOCS, AFATDS, Domain, Exchange, SharePoint); delivers familiarization training; manages collection networks; supports Tactical Mission Command equipment; operates Mission Command Adapter Web Server.
Simulation Support Team (SST) delivers on-site simulation system expertise, parametric database technical support, troubleshooting, test workstations, deficiency documentation and interim solutions.
Technical Support Team (TST) configures SIMCTR work cells per Simulation Control Plan, operates WARSIM and other software, establishes Exercise Control Group (ECG), provides higher-enclave intelligence products, manages exercise databases, supports AARs, handles equipment reception, packing and redeployment.
Manage simulation outages via modified notification; process document changes and revisions directed by Commander, MCTP; enforce rules and workarounds; report and document violations.
