INDUSTRY DAY Systems Simulation, Software and Integration (S3I) Acquisition Strategy & Software Life Cycle Development Requirement

Combat Capabilities Development Command, Aviation and Missile Center, Simulation, Software and Integration (S3I) Directorate is pleased to announce the S3I Industry Day at the Jackson Center, 6001 Moquin Dr, NW., Huntsville, AL 35806, on 12 June 2019 from 0900 until 1300. Doors open at 800.

During the industry day the Government will provide Industry Partners (IPs) with an update on the S3I acquisition strategy. Additionally, the Government will provide acquisition details relating to the Software Life Cycle Development requirement (previously referred to as S3I Life Cycle Software Engineering Services), which is being led by GSA Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) Assisted Acquisition Services team. All OASIS IPs, EXPRESS IPs, and their subcontractors/teaming partners are invited to attend. The Government will release an agenda, registration details and guidelines in the near future.

Further, on June 13 and 14, 2019 the Government is holding one-on-one meetings in Huntsville, Alabama with OASIS Pool 4 IPs for the Software Life Cycle Development requirement. An official advance notice for one-on-one meetings will be sent to OASIS Pool 4 point of contacts during the week of May 20th.

This announcement is not a contract, request for proposal, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind on the part of the Government. S3I will not assume liability for costs incurred by an attendee or for travel expenses or marketing efforts; therefore, attendee cost in response to this notice is not considered an allowable direct charge to the Government.
