Industry Day/Site Visit   4

A one day site visit to Red River Army Depot (RRAD) is scheduled on 21 June 2018 at 8:30 AM (Central Standard Time). The site visit will allow potential offerors to see the grounds and facilities at RRAD.
Potential offerors will be able to ask questions, or raise any concerns during the visit. RRAD will insure that technical representatives are there to address the questions asked. However, some questions may go unanswered, due to the sensitivity or security of this potential action.

Anyone interested in attending the event shall coordinate in advance with Mr. Salvatore Zombo. Each vendor will be allowed to bring no more than three (3) representatives to the site visit. Those attendees must complete columns A through G on the RRAD Visitor Badge Request Excel doc and submit to usarmy.rrad.acc.mbx.construction@mail.mil, salvatore.a.zombo.civ@mail.mil and grant.m.davis1.civ@mail.mil by close of business on 18 June 2018, in order to be approved for the event. Failure to supply this information and failure to request approval to attend the event, will result in a denial to attend. There will be no walk-in's allowed on the day of the site visit. Representatives who are attending must be a United States citizen and must have a form of identification (i.e. a Driver's License).

The potential Offeror, may send one of its employees, an agent, or one of its subcontractors to the site visit. A sign in sheet will be available at the visit and offerors must sign this sheet for accountability. If a subcontractor or an agent attends rather than an employee of the Prime, they must identify the Prime Contractor they are representing. Attendance of this site visit is not mandatory to be considered for award. Anyone who does not attend shall still be considered for award.

Vendors requesting a camera permit must fill out and submit the RRAD Camera Permit Word doc, to take pictures on the installation. Please fill out the attached and email to: USARMY RRAD ACC Mailbox Construction usarmy.rrad.acc.mbx.construction@mail.mil
