18th Contracting Squadron will be hosting an industry day 02 February 2023 at 0900 JST for the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Grounds Maintenance Services contract (High Visible / Visible) here in Okinawa, Japan. This forum will discuss the Grounds Maintenance requirement, all aspects involved and also will allow contractors the opportunity to ask the necessary questions to understand the requirement.

The industry day will be held both in-person and online. Live via Microsoft Teams. Please refer to the attachments.

To register, please fill out the registration/questionaire document attached and email to marina_joyce.amosin.ph@us.af.mil, miyoko.hokama.jp@us.af.mil, and odini.ramos@us.af.mil.

Attached is the regisration/questionaire form, draft PWS and industry day flyer.

Note: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan.
