The purpose of the MPTA is to conduct comprehensive analysis on how policy or environmental changes will affect the performance or composition of the defense workforce.

Background
The Defense Personnel Analytics Center (DPAC) is part of the Department of Defense (DoD) Field Activity called the Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA). DPAC serves as the DoD's premier center for excellence, providing information on the total force, families, and veterans through data collection and analytical research. Work Details
The contractor shall provide scientific, technical, analytic, marketing, and IT support services for Manpower Personnel Testing Analysis (MPTA) Support. Key tasks include:

2. Conduct Psychometric Analyses: Evaluating selection and classification tests;

Place of Performance
Work will primarily be performed at the contractor’s facility or at field locations, with some IT work conducted at a DoD Center located at 400 Gigling Road, Seaside, CA.
