In order for the Governement to be more transparent with the Contracting Partners, the Government has decided to release the following information:

1. Attached are questions that were asked previously to posted Draft PWS's and that may have been asked at Industry Day for the MIOSS Program.

2. Also attached one will find the slides that were shown at Industry Day.

Due to the size limitation, the slides that are attached do not have 2 videos that were shown. If you wish to have a copy of the video sent to you, please send a request at ( usarmy.orlando.peo-stri.mbx.mioss@army.mil ). Please include a contact name and email in your request, for this will be sent via the Army's DOD Safe Site.

Background
The MIOSS Program, managed by the U.S. Army, aims to enhance training capabilities for military personnel through improved medical training and support services.
This solicitation is part of the government's initiative to increase transparency with contracting partners and includes information gathered from previous drafts and industry discussions.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive training services, including:
- All personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision necessary to meet performance-based requirements.
- Support for Unified Communications across various devices to facilitate learning and administration.
- Implementation of Phraseology Trainers for efficient communication training.
- Conducting medical training using cadavers provided at no cost by the installation.
- Delivering Combat Lifesaver (CLS) training and ensuring compliance with medical certification standards.
- Managing instructor/operator staffing levels to maintain a throughput of at least 2,500 students annually per MSTC site.
- Providing necessary certifications and maintaining instructor qualifications as per American Red Cross standards.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at multiple Military Simulation Training Centers (MSTCs) located both CONUS (Continental United States) and OCONUS (Outside Continental United States).
