INDUSTRY DAY FOR ACQUISITION MANAGEMENT AND SYSTEMS ENGINEERING SUPPORT FOR THE AC/HC/MC-130J FLEETS

This Industry Day occured 24 May 2023, and this post is reactivated to include the Industry Day slides and Minutes.

The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center SOF/PR Division (AFLCMC/WIS and AFLCMC/WIU) is conducting an Industry Day to augment its market research to confirm industry's capabilities to plan, execute, and deliver capability modifications, and provide a range of engineering, logistics, and analytical supplies and services for its special mission variant fleets. This support will encompass AC/HC/MC-130J requirements originating at Wright-Patterson and Robins AFBs.

EVENT DETAILS: The Industry Day will take place at the Wright Brother's Institute (WBI), Dayton, Ohio on 24-25 May 23. The WBI facility is located at 5000 Springfield St, Riverside, OH 45431.

Notification of attendance is required NO LATER THAN 1800 EST, 8 May 23, submitted by e-mail to Ian MacDonald at ian,macdonald.6@us.af.mil and Bryan Hight at bryan.hight.2@us.af.mil Please provide the names and titles of no more than two (2) individuals who will be attending and include company name, citizenship, address, business size, and cage code (if applicable). Each Industry Team will be allotted up to 45 minutes for the one-on-one sessions. One-on-one sessions will be scheduled on a first come, first serve basis, and will be assigned via e-mail. You will be notified of the industry day agenda, to include your briefing date and time, not later than 1600 EST, 15 May 23. Contractors who have specific questions they wish to discuss may submit them in advance to the contacts identified above.
