The Naval Surface Warfare Center-Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for engineering and technical services efforts in all aspects of the Magnetic Silencing Facility (MSF) upgrade process and support evaluation of electromagnetic signatures and technologies for naval vessel and model scale vehicles (please see attached draft Statement of Work for more information).
Services are currently being provided by URS Federal Services, Inc. under SeaPort-e contract N00178-04-D-4042, Task Order FD08 and expires on 23 September 2018. This procurement will be solicited in the Seaport-e Portal and is anticipated to be awarded on December 2018.

ALL interested vendors capable of performing these services are cordially invited to attend an Industry Day event to be held on Monday, 05 March 2018 between 09:00 am and 11:30 am (EST). This event will be held at the NSWCCD, 9500 MacArthur Boulevard, West Bethesda, Maryland 20817-5700. A small business determination has not yet been made; this event will help the Contracting Officer make a determination.

Interested vendors are directed to send an RSVP no later than Thursday, 01 March 2018 at 12:00 pm (EST) to Mr. Lon Wang at lon.wang@navy.mil.
