Description

INDUSTRY DAY: The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport will hold a Code 25 Industry Day on Wednesday, 06 November 2024 for two up-coming acquisitions: In-Service Engineering and Trainer Development Support. The purpose of the Industry Day is to increase industry awareness of the upcoming services solicitations.

These are follow-on to contracts:

Code 25 In-Service Engineering Support: N00178-19-D-8623/N66604-20-F-3006

Code 25 Trainer Development Support: N00178-19-D-8194/N66604-20-F-3007

The event will be held in-person at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Newport, Building 80, 1176 Howell Street, Newport, RI 02841.

REGISTRATION: Each company interested in participating in this Industry Day must complete and submit the attached Industry Day Registration Form no later than 31 October 2024. Please submit the completed registration form via email to christi.d.reilly.civ@us.navy.mil. Walk-ins and unregistered personnel will not be permitted.

Background
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport is conducting an Industry Day on November 6, 2024, to inform industry stakeholders about two upcoming acquisitions: In-Service Engineering and Trainer Development Support. This event aims to enhance awareness of the forthcoming service solicitations, which are follow-ons to existing contracts for In-Service Engineering Support and Trainer Development Support.

Work Details
The Industry Day will include a registration and networking session starting at 0830, followed by a welcome and contract presentation at 0900. The event is scheduled to conclude at 1030.

Companies interested in attending must complete and submit the Industry Day Registration Form by October 31, 2024. Questions regarding the upcoming solicitations should be submitted via the registration form prior to the event, as questions will not be taken during the Industry Day. All inquiries and their responses will be posted on the Seaport Portal.
