Description

The Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC), Tinker AFB, OK, will host an Industry Day to engage with private industry regarding potential Public-Private Partnership (PPP) opportunities in support of the F117 Engine Sustainment Support contract.

The event will feature briefings highlighting the missions, capabilities, and core competencies of the Propulsion Maintenance Group (PMXG), Commodities Maintenance Group (CMXG), and Maintenance Support Group (MXSG). These presentations will focus on how OC-ALC can collaborate with industry partners to enhance and strengthen sustainment operations within the F117 engine program.

To encourage broad industry participation, the briefings will be held off-base. Additionally, attendees will have the option to participate in an on-base tour of a PMXG maintenance facility, offering a firsthand look at OC-ALC's expertise and operational capabilities.

Approximately 3 4 weeks after the in-person Industry Day, a follow-up virtual event will take place, featuring interactive breakout discussions for detailed engagement between government and industry representatives. This session will provide an opportunity for more in-depth dialogue, ensuring productive collaboration and knowledge exchange.

Background

The event aims to enhance and strengthen sustainment operations within the F117 engine program by collaborating with industry partners.

Work Details
The Industry Day will feature briefings from the Propulsion Maintenance Group (PMXG), Commodities Maintenance Group (CMXG), and Maintenance Support Group (MXSG).

Presentations will cover the following topics:

- Ground Rules & Expectations
- 544 PMXS Capabilities Briefing
- 547 PMXS Capabilities Briefing
- 548 PMXS Capabilities Briefing
- PMXG MXDE / PROACT Capabilities Briefing
- CMXG Capabilities Briefing.

Additionally, there will be a tour of the PMXG maintenance facility at Tinker AFB, providing attendees with firsthand insight into OC-ALC's operational capabilities. Approximately 3–4 weeks after the in-person event, a follow-up virtual session will be held for interactive discussions between government and industry representatives.

The Industry Day is scheduled for 25 June 2025, from 9am to 1pm. A follow-up virtual event will occur approximately 3–4 weeks after this date.

Place of Performance
The briefings will take place at an off-base venue to be determined, while the facility tour will occur at Tinker AFB Building 3001.
