Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Industry Day 2021.

Engaging with Industry on the un-consolidated ITSM Contract represented by the three requirements Managed Services, Cyberspace Operations Forces and Support (COF) and Chief Information Security Office (CISO).

The event will consist of two parts.

Part One: A presentation of the breakdown of the requirements and discussion with Industry from 0800-0930 Central. As TEAMS is a limited platform, each company will be limited to two (2) attendees. Additional attendees will be removed from the list. An email with the TEAMS link will be sent in advance.

Responses to this RFI must be submitted to the Industry Day Mailbox at transcom.scott.tcaq.mbx.d-industry-day@mail.mil. Responses to the RFI are due NLT 1500 CT, Friday, 8 January 2021.

All responses to the RFI will be reviewed and utilized for market research.
