This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement; vendors must be authorized resellers for the products they propose and must describe how any equivalent products meet the specifications outlined.

Bidder Requirements
Interested vendors must submit a capabilities statement including their business name, Government Points of Contact, Unique Entity ID (UEI), Cage Code (if applicable), business size type/socio-economic status, and GSA Schedule/Contract number. Vendors proposing equivalent products must provide justification for equivalency and ensure that their proposed products are available on their GSA Schedule at the close date of this Sources Sought notice.
