Background
The contract is issued by the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) to support the Occupational Health Safety Branch (OSHB) within the Standards and Compliance Division (SCD). The goal of this contract is to provide Industrial Hygiene and Safety services to WHS facilities located in the National Capital Region (NCR) as well as government-owned or leased facilities managed by WHS. Contractors must possess a Secret Facility Clearance, and personnel assigned to work at Raven Rock Mountain Complex must also hold a Secret level Security Clearance.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Provide Industrial Hygiene Safety services at the Pentagon for 12 months.
2. Perform Calibration & Maintenance of Government Industrial Hygiene Equipment at the Pentagon for 12 months.
3. Conduct Laboratory Analysis at the Pentagon for 12 months.
4. Provide Training related to Industrial Hygiene at the Pentagon for 12 months.
5. Conduct Laboratory Analysis at Raven Rock Mountain Complex (RRMC) for 12 months.
6. Perform Calibration & Maintenance of Government Industrial Hygiene Equipment at RRMC for 12 months.
7. Offer Special Event and Project Services related to unforeseen events/projects at both RRMC and Pentagon, with a total quantity of approximately 309,920 units over the contract period.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of up to 12 months, with options available for additional periods.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily at the Pentagon and Raven Rock Mountain Complex (RRMC), both located in the National Capital Region.
