This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (CSS) is being issued to establish a Fixed Price contract for the one-time preventative maintenance of (34) MacroAir fans at DLA Distribution Tinker AFB, OK. Background
The Defense Distribution Depot Oklahoma City (DDOO) is issuing this solicitation to establish a Fixed Price contract for the one-time preventative maintenance of 34 MacroAir fans located at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of these industrial fans in accordance with the manufacturer's technical manual. This requirement is set aside for Small Businesses.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on 34 MacroAir ceiling fans at multiple locations throughout DDOO Tinker AFB, Oklahoma City.

The work must comply with the requirements set forth in the solicitation and demonstrate a clear understanding of these requirements. The contractor must provide descriptive literature and/or pictures in sufficient detail to allow proper evaluation of their quote. Additionally, the contractor's quote must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and they must be able to demonstrate past performance relevant to this type of work.
