INDUSTRIAL BOILER PURCHASE

FCI Englewood is seeking to replace two of the existing Patterson Kelley Model C-1050 PK Boilers that are located in the outside power house, in accordance with the attached specifications. Due to the space in the area it is important any proposed replacement meets the required dymensions. Please see attached specification sheet. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, and is supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This is a Request for Quote for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-04 by the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Englewood (FCI), Littleton, Colorado. Please note that this acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set Aside.

The NAICS code for this request for quote is 238220, The Federal Supply Code for this RFQ is 44 Furnace/Steam/Drying product service code: 4410 - Industrial Boiler. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Please provide a quote for the items listed below by 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) Tuesday, May 11, 2021. All questions regarding this Request for Quote are due in writing by 12:00 PM MST, Wednesday, May 5, 2021. Questions shall be submitted via email to rinfante@bop.gov. We will consider all questions received and provide responses when appropriate. The Government has no obligation to answer any questions received after the due date and time.
