Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a service contract for an INDUSTRIAC S9X3000 & 450 kV CR NDT Equipment, located at Letterkenny Army Depot, (LEMC), Chambersburg PA, serviced (PM or repairs) and an INDUSTRIAC 3MVX002400 X-Ray Machine located at Crane Army Ammunition, Activity (CAAA) in Indiana. A Performance Work Statement will be provided with the solicitation. The period of performance of this contract will include one base year and two (2) options years. The procurement will be a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, the size standard is $12,500,000 and the Product code/Service Code J066 refers to Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment, Instrument and Laboratory Equipment. This will be Freight On-Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot.

Background
Letterkenny Army Depot is issuing a service contract for maintenance and repair of specialized equipment, specifically the INDUSTRIAC S9X3000 & 450 kV CR NDT Equipment located at Letterkenny Army Depot in Chambersburg, PA, and the INDUSTRIAC 3MVX002400 X-Ray Machine located at Crane Army Ammunition Activity in Indiana.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational readiness and reliability of these critical pieces of equipment.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing preventive maintenance (PM) and repair services for the following equipment:

1. INDUSTRIAC S9X3000 & 450 kV CR NDT Equipment at Letterkenny Army Depot.
2. INDUSTRIAC 3MVX002400 X-Ray Machine at Crane Army Ammunition Activity.
