Background
The U.S. Marine Corps is issuing a solicitation for Indoor Small Arms Range (ISAR) Cleaning and Ventilation System Maintenance Services at the Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Iwakuni, Japan.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper maintenance and operation of the ISAR facilities, which are critical for training and operational readiness.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and incidental engineering to perform the recurring Indoor Small Arms Range (ISAR) Cleaning and Ventilation Systems Maintenance Services at U.S. Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Iwakuni, Japan as detailed in the attached Performance Work Statement.

The work includes both recurring tasks that are guaranteed during the contract period and non-recurring tasks that may be ordered as needed. Proposals must be priced only in Japanese Yen; proposals not priced in Japanese Yen will be considered nonresponsive.

The planned base period for this contract is from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026.

Period of Performance
Base Period: April 1, 2025 - March 31, 2026; with options for additional periods extending through March 31, 2030.
