The purpose of Amendment 0001 to the Indian Health Service/Headquarters (IHS/HQ) Request for Proposal (RFP) 75H70421R00002 for National COVID-19 Critical Care Response Teams (CCRTs) IDIQ Contracts is to provide government responses to offerors' questions received in response to this solicitation. Amendment 0001 changes the RFP submission closing date. All proposals are due no later than 12:00 PM (Eastern Time), Monday, November 23, 2020.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL 75H70421R00002

The Indian Health Service Headquarters (IHS/HQ), Division of Acquisition Policy (DAP) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish National COVID-19 Critical Care Response Teams (CCRTs) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts to deploy CCRTs on a recurring basis for 1) identification, staffing and managing multi-disciplinary, expert and mobile Critical Care Response Team(s); 2). prepare staff to treat critically ill COVID-19 patients by providing hands-on critical care clinical education and training prior to, or in the event of, an influx of critically ill COVID-19 patients; 3) augment existing staff at a facility with a team of expert critical care physicians, Critical Care Registered Nurses (CCRNs), and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT); and 4). Provide critical care virtual training on an as needed basis as new information and evidence-based best practices and guidelines to care and manage critically ill COVID-19 patients emerge in accordance with the tasks outlined in the Statement of Objectives (SOO).
