Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Construction Contract for NAS JAX, NAS Orlando, and NOTU Cape Canaveral

Naval Air Station Jacksonville (NAS), Naval Support Activity (NSA) Orlando, and Naval Ordnance Test Unit (NOTU), Cape Canaveral, Florida, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Construction Contract (IDIQ) for the Jacksonville/Orlando/Cape Canaveral/Central Florida Area of Responsibility. The contract duration is five (5) years or w ill be considered complete, or at capacity , w hen either of the maximum limits are reached. Contract capacity maximum limits are five (5) years from aw ard date and/or $4,500,000. Projects under this contract have an estimated construction cost betw een $2,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Orders outside of this range may be approved by the Contracting Officer. A negotiated task order "seed" project, SAWTOOTH WINDOWS, was awarded concurrently with this contract to satisfy the minimum guarantee. This contract action was awarded as
a direct award through the 8(a) Program of the Small Business Association (SBA) to a qualified 8(a) small business.
