Background
This Indefinite Delivery Multi-Discipline AE Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) is being procured in accordance with the Brooks A-E Act. The announcement is open to all firms regardless of size. A target of seven (7) firm-fixed priced indefinite delivery contracts with a shared capacity of $249 million will be negotiated with the stated intention of reserving at least three of the seven awards for small business firms of any category.


Work Details
The primary purpose of this project is to update, replace and consolidate the existing deteriorating and undersized 69-year old medical care facilities at U.S. Army Garrison-Kwajalein Atoll (USAG-KA). The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is engaged in the design and construction of a new stand-alone building which will replace the existing Medical Center (Building 603) and incorporate the Health Clinic (Building 566), and Lab/Radiology (Building 699) functions. Per DFARS 236.204(ii), the magnitude of this project is between $25 million and $100 million.

Period of Performance
The ordering period for this contract is 7 years.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will primarily take place at various locations, including Alaska, Kwajalein Atoll, Republic of the Marshall Islands.
