Background
The General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing this solicitation for the Region 6 Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Job Order Construction Contracts. The contracts are set aside for specific geographic areas including Kansas City North, Kansas City South, St. Louis, Iowa, Nebraska, and Kansas.

The GSA aims to facilitate construction projects under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold in these regions, ensuring that small businesses and women-owned small business concerns have opportunities to participate.

Work Details
The contract encompasses various construction improvements requiring the contractor to furnish all necessary supervision, labor, parts, tools, materials, equipment, and services for the execution of work as specified in the contract documents.

The work will be performed at Government-owned or leased buildings where GSA has repair responsibility or authority. Each task order issued under this contract will specify details such as the description of services to be performed, place of performance, and any unique site requirements. The scope includes but is not limited to general construction tasks that may involve renovations, repairs, and maintenance activities across multiple facilities within the designated geographic areas.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period is twelve (12) months from the date of award with four (4) one-year option periods available for extension based on performance quality.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed in the following geographic areas: Nebraska Field Office (State of Nebraska), Kansas City South Field Office - Kansas City, Missouri (including Columbia and Jefferson City), Kansas City North Field Office - Kansas City, Missouri (Kansas City Metropolitan area), St. Louis Field Office (St Louis Metropolitan area including Hannibal and Cape Girardeau), Iowa Field Office (State of Iowa), and Kansas Field Office (State of Kansas including Kansas City, KS).
