Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Alaska District, has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) W911KB24R0009 for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for Barrow Coastal Erosion at Utqiagvik, Alaska. The RFP is set aside for 8(a) small businesses. The contract is for the construction of approximately 5 continuous miles of coastal erosion protection comprised of a revetment, armored berm, and raised and armored road along the coast of Utqiagvik. The crest height varies from 16.5 feet to 20 feet above MLLW. The IDIQ will include multiple individual construction task orders to accomplish the overall Barrow Coastal Erosion project. The procurement will be conducted using source selection procedures and the award will be based on best value tradeoff source selection procedures, considering the price and non-price factors cited in this solicitation.

Work Details
The work includes revetment construction and incidental related work located at Utqiagvik Alaska along the coast of the Chukchi Sea. The contract includes the solicitation in its entirety, including all drawings, specifications and any amendments, and the successful offeror's accepted proposal. The contract constitutes and defines the entire agreement between the Contractor and . No documentation will be omitted which in any way bears upon the terms of that agreement.
