Background
The US Army Corps of Engineers Mobile District is issuing an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Environmental Remediation Services. The goal is to conduct site restoration and remediation activities at Fort Mystery AFB in South Alabama, focusing on environmental cleanup to residential standards.

Work Details
The contractor will perform environmental remediation activities to achieve site closeout within five years. Tasks include maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, conducting annual land-use control inspections, sampling and analysis of monitoring wells, and restoring the site to pre-remediation conditions.

Specific tasks involve project management planning, integrated master scheduling, milestone payment scheduling, document repository maintenance, cost and status reporting, chemistry quality assurance, laboratory selection, analytical data management, record keeping, environmental construction and design, inspection and delivery of warranty services.
