Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC), Naval Support Activity (NSA) Naples, Italy   2

Background
The contract is an INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) DESIGN-BID/DESIGN-BID-BUILD MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (MACC) primarily located in the Naval Support Activity (NSA), Italy Area of responsibility (AOR). The duration of the contract will be for a single Base Period of five (5) years, i.e., a total of 60 months, or a total aggregate value of Not To Exceed (NTE) $95,000,000 for all MACC task orders awarded across all contractors, whichever comes first. All task orders will be awarded in U.S. Dollars. The minimum guarantee for each offeror awarded a contract is $5,000 over the five (5) year period. Task order range is estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

Work Details
The construction projects to be performed under the contract include Sustainment, Restoration and Maintenance (SRM), Special Projects, Energy projects and other construction or repair projects for FY 2023 through FY 2027 located at NSA Naples and surrounding areas to include Naval Support Activity Gaeta, Admiral Carney Park in Pozzuoli, Mount Camaldali Radio Site and Satellite Receiver Site in Lago Patria and throughout the NAVFAC EURAFSWA area of responsibility (AOR).
Construction projects will primarily consist of general building type projects including: waterfront, pier, quay, industrial, airfield, aircraft hangar, infrastructure, administrative, training, retail, food service, dormitory, community support facilities and both vertical and horizontal construction for Department of Defense activities in the Naples area managed by NAVFAC EURAFSWA PWD Naples.
Work required outside the NSA Naples and surrounding areas within the NAVFAC EURAFSWA’s AOR shall be procured based on approval by the NAVFAC EURAFSWA Chief of Contracts.
These projects range in value between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 however task orders under or above these amounts may be considered if deemed to be in the Government’s best interest.
All task orders issued under the MACC will be awarded in U.S Dollars.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is over a single Base Period of five (5) years or a total aggregate MACC value not to exceed $95,000,000.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will primarily be performed at Naval Support Activity Naples and surrounding areas to include Naval Support Activity Gaeta, Admiral Carney Park in Pozzuoli, Mount Camaldali Radio Site and Satellite Receiver Site in Lago Patria.
