Background
The solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Mechanical Construction Projects Primarily in the Hampton Roads Area of Virginia. The contract will result in the award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), IDIQ, MACC for HVAC and Mechanical Construction projects primarily in the Hampton Roads Area of Virginia. The Hampton Roads area includes various locations such as Naval Air Station Oceana and Dam Neck Annex, Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story, NASA Wallops Island, Naval Station Norfolk, and others. The contract will have a period of performance of one year from the date of contract award with four one-year option periods, not to exceed 60 months.
The total estimated construction cost for all contracts is not to exceed $150,000,000.00 for the life of the contract.

Work Details
Projects to be performed under this MACC will require the ability to manage multiple task orders concurrently across the Hampton Roads area of operations. The HVAC and Mechanical work includes repairs, replacement and new installation of refrigeration systems, energy supply systems, heat generating systems, cooling generating systems, distribution systems, terminal and package units, system controls, system testing and balancing and commercial equipment at various installations.
Types of facilities may include administrative, industrial, warehouses, maintenance, communications, schools/training/education, personnel support, recreational, food services, lodging, medical, training areas/ranges, roads etc.
Incidental work with specialty trades includes removal and disposal of asbestos or lead contaminated materials.

Period of Performance
The completion date for the IDIQ contracts is one year from the date of contract award with four one-year option periods.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed primarily in the Hampton Roads Area of Virginia.
