Background
The solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) for electrical projects at various government facilities located within the Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC) area of responsibility (AOR), California. The contract will have a base period of two years and two option periods of three years each, for a maximum of eight years. The anticipated base performance period will be from December 1, 2023, through November 30, 2025.
Anticipated option periods will be: Option 1: December 1, 2025, through November 30, 2028; Option 2: December 1, 2028, through November 30, 2031. The competition for this procurement will be limited to Total Small Business participants.

Work Details
The work performed under this contract is subject to labor standards prescribed by the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Construction Wage Rates (aka Davis-Bacon) Determination. The contract includes a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) for electrical work at various locations in the NAVFAC SW NBVC area of responsibility. The contractor is required to place orders totaling a minimum of $2,000.00 for the life of the contract, and the total value of this contract, including option years, shall not exceed $25,000,000.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period of two years and two option periods of three years each, for a maximum of eight years. The anticipated base performance period will be from December 1, 2023, through November 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
