Background
The solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for maintenance, repair, and replacement of various commercial type roofing systems at PWD Naval Station Newport, Newport RI Area of Responsibility (AOR). The work includes providing various types of services for maintenance, repair, and replacement of various commercial roofing systems around Government sites in Newport, RI including tenant commands on and off-base locations.

Work Details
The work includes providing various types of services for maintenance, repair, and replacement of various commercial roofing systems around Government sites in Newport, RI including tenant commands on and off-base locations.
Roofing work and contracted design services shall comply with provisions of the IDIQ Contract, including attached UFGS specifications, the task order RFP, and applicable requirements of Building Codes, United Facility Criteria (UFCs), and referenced standards. Items required to be provided by the Contractor in support of the execution of roofing work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, travel, supervision, and related services necessary to fulfill the requirements of task orders issued by the under this Work Order # 1706810.

Period of Performance
The contract contains provisions for a Base Period with Four (4) Option Years.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at PWD Naval Station Newport, Newport RI Area of Responsibility (AOR).
